Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every book you buy from us.
Damaged, misprinted or incorrect books
If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us at mail@grunwald.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send the book back.
Returns
You can return unused print books in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email mail@grunwald.ca with your order number before sending anything, and we'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the book was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the book, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
Ebooks
Because ebooks (EPUB) are delivered instantly and can't be returned, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If your file won't open or is faulty, contact us and we'll send a working copy or refund you.
Forthcoming titles
If you ordered a title before its release, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.
