Shipping policy
We want your books to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here's what to expect.
Dispatch
Orders ship on the same or the next business day after we receive them.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with Canada Post. For most shipping options you'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at checkout. Some economical international surface options, for example to Australia or Singapore, can take up to three months and may not include tracking.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Packaging
Every book is carefully packed in sturdy materials so it arrives in the same condition it left us.
Ebooks
Ebooks (EPUB) are delivered digitally by email right after purchase. No shipping is required and no shipping charges apply.
